They are seeking a bilingual Claim Advisor, Auto to join their Maritimes team, responsible for reviewing insurance policies, investigating complex claims, and collaborating with various stakeholders to settle claims. Responsibilities Review insurance policy and coverages Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement Skills Minimum high school education or equivalent Bilingual language fluency (English/French) Adjusting License Level 1 or equivalent 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation Company Overview Allstate Canada offers property and auto insurance services.
