As a Remote Central Selling Associate - Flooring, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with stores, service providers, and customers to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of our products, services, and sales processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and review activities within system-based work queues to identify tasks ready for action, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Utilize various internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information related to service requests, quotes, and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with stores, service providers, and customers via phone, email, and other communication applications, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Add product and promotional information to quotes, as well as labor items and associated charges, to ensure accurate and comprehensive quotes for customers. Refigure quotes as needed, taking into account changes in customer requirements, project scope, or measurements. Organize work processes to ensure efficient workflow, collaborating with peers, service providers, and stores to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction. Provide relevant and timely information to peers and leadership teams to support decision-making and work activities. Offer feedback to supervisors on the centralized selling model, suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience and sales performance. Demonstrate a deep understanding of local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of Lowe's products and services to employees and customers. Deliver SMART customer service at all times, executing Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs with sincerity and professionalism. Monitor order status, communicate updates or issues to customers and Lowe's associates, and ensure timely completion of orders and projects. Enter, process, and track customer orders and installations, managing customer follow-up and ensuring satisfaction with the sales and installation process. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Up to one year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment. If required by state or local municipality, a salesperson license or the ability to pass the requisite licensing exam within 60 days of starting employment. Reliable internet access with a minimum speed of 20mbps download and 5mbps upload, as well as a distraction-free work area. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales. Experience in the remodeling or construction industry, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer needs. Lowe's store experience or previous sales experience in installed flooring. Familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
