[Remote] Capital Markets Analyst

The Capital Markets Analyst will support the Capital Markets team in executing funding strategies, preparing investor materials, and conducting market research, focusing on financial analysis and modeling. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions, including debt and equity issuance and securitization activities Prepare and maintain investor reports, compliance documentation, and respond to investor inquiries Conduct market research and analyze funding opportunities to support liquidity planning Build and update financial models for scenario analysis and performance tracking Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activity to inform team strategy Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cash forecasting and reporting Support preparation of presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders Skills Bachelor's degree 0–2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or capital markets (internship experience acceptable) Strong analytical and quantitative skills Familiarity with financial modeling and basic understanding of debt instruments Excellent communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferably in Physics, Engineering, Math or in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field Experience with financial systems is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401k with 4% company match.
