They are seeking a New Business Associate to manage inbound leads, serve as the primary contact for new customers, and collaborate with marketing and sales to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and own outreach to new companies, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers Help new developers get started and answer questions about our products Identify the most promising developers and verticals to help us grow Work with our product and engineering teams to integrate customer and product feedback Collaborate closely with growth marketing to provide feedback and strategize on new content campaigns Skills Bachelor's degree or greater in Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Human Resources Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Interest in financial services and technical products, a desire to get more technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of APIs Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning Excellent time-management skills, can prioritize tasks appropriately, and work to streamline processes Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Company Overview Brixenta is a full-spectrum creative and digital growth company helping brands build trust, awareness, and connection in the modern marketplace.
