They are seeking a Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter to play a vital role in hiring blue-collar workers to support their assembly needs. Responsibilities Create new recruiting strategies Managing a recruiting pipeline of candidates Screen candidates Conduct phone and video interviews Translate recruiting material in verbal and written formats Perform and review background checks Initiate onboarding Post jobs on various channels Complete various team requests Skills 1+ year of experience as a recruiter English and Spanish verbal fluency - must be able to switch between the two without the use of a translator program Excellent time management Strong work ethic High Volume Recruiting - must be able to handle stress and heavy workloads effectively Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR and Paylocity preferred) Proven computer skills Great interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Knowledge of Airtable is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401K Flexible PTO Company Overview We are America's largest and ONLY fully W2 workforce assembly company, specializing in retail and in-home professional product assembly.
