[Remote] Analyst - Enterprise Third Party Risk Management

The Analyst for Enterprise Third Party Risk Management plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization from third-party risks by ensuring compliance with ETPRM standards and supporting decision-making across the enterprise. Responsibilities Support and enhance the ETPRM intake process, ensuring inherent risk assessments accurately reflect third-party services Provide guidance, challenge, and support to requestors to ensure high-quality submissions that risk assessors can confidently rely on Serve as a primary contact for business teams throughout the third-party lifecycle Cultivate strong working relationships with business relationship owners and key stakeholders to support compliance with ETPRM program requirements Serve as an advocate for the ETPRM program and help shape operational risk management practices across the organization Contribute to the design and refinement of program-wide process flows, data models, and technology requirements Identify, analyze, and help resolve issues independently or in partnership with others Support time-sensitive requests with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity Work with cross-functional teams to enhance third-party risk processes, documentation, and tools Help mature program capabilities by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and across multiple business segments Skills 1–2 years of experience in Retail and/or Healthcare, or in relevant functions such as third‑party risk management, operational risk, compliance, finance, or audit Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results on high‑impact initiatives Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels Associate's Degree required Knowledge of risk management governance standards and commitments applicable to CVS Health and its business segments Experience with Change Management and/or program or project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Process) Experience using risk and workflow tools such as Archer, Ariba, or ServiceNow Familiarity with vendor due diligence processes, SOC reports, or other third‑party risk documentation Bachelor's Degree preferred Benefits Affordable medical plan options, a 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions), and an employee stock purchase plan.
