Account Coordinator, Brand Partnerships
Fallen Media is hiring an Account Coordinator to join their Brand Partnerships team, focusing on the execution and production of sponsored content. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to creative development within a fast-paced social media environment. Responsibilities Support the execution of ongoing brand partnerships and assist in managing day-to-day client relationships Assist with scheduling, timelines, and asset delivery to ensure campaigns stay on track Act as a key liaison between internal teams, including finance, legal, production, and post-production Contribute to creative ideation and concept development for branded campaigns Build campaign wrap reports, compile accurate post-campaign analytics, and summarize performance insights Monitor paid media campaigns and track boosted spend in collaboration with internal stakeholders Serve as the on-site point of contact for branded shoots, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication Assist with influencer and talent sourcing, outreach, and coordination Track, manage, and reconcile production budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and support financial tracking for campaigns Skills Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent professional experience 1-3 years of experience at a traditional advertising agency (entertainment or media experience preferred) Strong understanding of short-form content, social media platforms, and paid media fundamentals Prior video production or on-set experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Must be able work in person in NYC four days per week Availability to work weekends and holidays occasionally Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% annually) Experience with photo and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Canva) Basic knowledge of influencer contracts, usage rights, and talent agreements Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana/AirTable Experience pulling social analytics from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Benefits Benefits package Company Overview We develop the most bingeable short form stories and dedicated communities across the platforms Gen-Z loves most.
