[Remote] Advisor Business Analyst - Business Process Modeler / Trainer

The Advisor Business Analyst - Business Process Modeler / Trainer will oversee business analysis initiatives, lead training programs, and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Responsibilities • Serves as a strategic advisor, overseeing large-scale business analysis initiatives to improve critical business areas and client outcomes • Leads requirements gathering and validation sessions with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product capabilities • Designs complex business process models, integrating cross-functional workflows and stakeholder inputs • Oversees multiple projects, acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions • Develops project plans for business analyst activities, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables across diverse workstreams • Leads efforts to identify organizational training needs, design comprehensive programs, and oversee training delivery for client and operational staff • Establishes knowledge-sharing frameworks, mentoring less experienced team members, and fostering professional growth within the team • Develops and implements business process evaluation methods to identify and address performance gaps • Directs the development of eLearning modules, training materials, and knowledge repositories to support business operations and project success Skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred • 8–12 years of business analysis experience, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional projects • Extensive experience in CMS, MITA, healthcare IT systems, and Medicaid operational workflows • Advanced knowledge of relational databases and system design • Demonstrated expertise in training program design, including instructor-led and eLearning methodologies • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges • Skilled in presenting to executive stakeholders and decision-makers • Strong project management expertise, including Agile and PMI-based methodologies • Willingness to travel extensively as required by client needs Benefits • Generous, flexible vacation policy • A 401(k) employer match • Comprehensive health benefits • Educational assistance • Leadership and technical development academies Company Overview • Gainwell Technologies is a provider of Information Technology & Services.
