Essential Qualifications Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, with basic computer proficiency and ability to learn our systems and processes. Must be 18 years of age or older, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods. Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn our point-of-sale system and other software applications. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail environment, with knowledge of sales, customer service, and store operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Physical Demands Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
