Job Summary As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food items, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will play a critical role in creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously. Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Great communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro. Compensation and Perks The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25, and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
