The Administrative Assistant role involves providing essential support to Construction Coordinators and contributing to project success through efficient administrative and technical assistance. Responsibilities • Provide direct support to Construction Coordinators as requested • Participate in all phases of a project by collecting, arranging, and compiling data into AS BUILT packets • Act as a check and balance for the Finance Department by comparing production maps with billed amounts • Advise Construction Coordinators on production codes to reconcile construction projects with clients • Maintain and update in-house records and spreadsheets to ensure current statuses on construction projects Skills • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years of cable construction experience • 1-3 years of administrative experience • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet • Ability to read and understand construction drawings • Knowledge of the physical construction and design of aerial and underground cable plant, including coax and fiber • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams Company Overview • We orchestrate personalized job matches by curating the most attractive opportunities across the market, strategically surfacing positions that align with what job seekers are actively pursuing—not roles employers are struggling to fill.
