Registered Nurse (RN)- Telemedicine Patient Care Coordinator

Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Position Overview We are a fast-growing cash-pay telemedicine company focused on weight loss, general health, and anti-aging care. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who is a self-starter and highly independent operator to serve as our Patient Care Coordinator. This role is ideal for an RN who is comfortable working with limited existing structure, enjoys building workflows, and can help organize and standardize clinical operations as the company scales. You will not be stepping into a rigid system — you will help create and refine it. This is not bedside nursing. It requires prior experience in telemedicine workflows, remote patient coordination, and cash-pay clinical programs, along with strong judgment and autonomy. Average volume: ~800 patients per month Core focus: patient coordination, workflow creation, documentation, compliance support, and provider enablement Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Outreach · Contact patients via phone, text, email, and chat regarding treatment requests · Verify patient identity using approved telemedicine protocols · Assist patients with completion of required telemedicine intake and consult steps · Respond to incoming calls, voicemails, chats, and emails throughout the day · Provide non-diagnostic clinical support related to treatment plans, including: o Dosage clarification o Titration questions o Program adjustments as directed by the physician · Maintain professional, compassionate, and compliant communication at all times Follow-Ups & Workflow Management · Track patients requiring additional documentation, confirmations, or clarifications · Ensure all required information is complete prior to provider review · Maintain accurate, timely internal documentation and notes · Independently manage and prioritize daily patient workloads with minimal supervision · Design, document, and improve workflows for patient intake, follow-ups, and provider review · Create systems to track pending items and escalation points · Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose solutions Provider & Internal Support · Prepare clean, complete patient files for physician review and audit · Help establish and maintain HIPPA compliant workflows and documentation standards. · Identify and resolve missing or conflicting documentation efficiently · Coordinate escalations between patients and providers when necessary · Help maintain consistency and quality across patient records and workflows · Identify compliance gaps and bring solutions forward Required Qualifications (Applicants Who Do Not Meet These Will Not Be Considered) · Active RN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state · Eligible and willing to obtain additional licenses via the Nurse Licensing Compact · Prior experience in telemedicine (virtual clinics, digital health, or remote care coordination) · Familiarity with weight loss, metabolic health, wellness, or anti-aging programs · Comfortable operating in an early-stage, evolving environment · Strong organizational skills and ability to create structure where little exists · High accountability with minimal oversight · Comfortable using EMRs, dashboards, and evolving systems · Reliable and consistent in a Monday–Friday work environment - Must be open to occasional, company-paid travel for training or annual in-person team meetings.
