Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse III - Charge Nurse to lead our team of nurses and support staff. As a Registered Nurse III, you will plan, assign, direct, and review the work of professional and technical staff engaged in patient care. You will be responsible for promoting optimal patient care and leading a team of nurses and support staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, assign, direct, and review the work of professional and technical staff engaged in patient care Lead a team of nurses and support staff to promote optimal patient care Coordinate patient care activities with other departments and services Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety Provide guidance and support to new staff members Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements Essential Qualifications: Possess and maintain Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing Two (2) years of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed Registered Nurse Possess and maintain current Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field Four years of experience working in an acute hospital Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At ARMC, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
