Regional Account Manager
Shamrock Labels provides high-quality labeling solutions for hospitals and pharmacies nationwide. As a Regional Account Manager, you will represent the Shamrock brand by supporting customers across the hospital and retail pharmacy markets, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver labeling solutions. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person as needed Build and maintain strong customer relationships Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalations Coordinate with production, graphics, and shipping teams Support Strategic Account Managers with quotes and follow-ups Reach out to customers to support reorders and new sales opportunities Analyze customer order history to anticipate needs Manage customer projects from start to finish Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, customer service, or account management Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) High school diploma or equivalent required College degree a plus, not required Customer service or sales experience helpful but not required Benefits Bonus opportunities tied to performance Competitive benefits package Training and professional development opportunities Company Overview Shamrock Labels offers quality laser, thermal and preprinted labels for healthcare applications.
