Requirements: • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a remote work setting. • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate candidates’ technical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
