Key Responsibilities: Bringing Product Marketing to Life Develop positioning and messaging that articulates the value proposition of our product suite, including mass messaging, pitch decks, and one-pagers. Leverage your understanding of retail media advertising solutions to create compelling marketing strategies that drive business results. Translate business goals and insights into actionable and measurable product marketing strategies, working closely with stakeholders across Roundel and broader Target. Possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, engaging partners across the organization to collaboratively solve problems and drive business growth. Analyze, interpret, and synthesize data into a compelling story, using your strong media acumen to inform marketing strategies and assess work against defined objectives. Demonstrate a bias for action, navigating ambiguity and thinking fast on your feet to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Lead cross-functional initiatives, using your proven project management skills to drive successful marketing strategies and deliver results. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed as a Product Marketing Manager for Roundel, you'll need: A four-year degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the retail media or advertising industry. A strong understanding of retail media/advertising solutions and the digital industry. A proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and delivering business results. Curiosity and drive to deeply understand client needs and develop targeted marketing solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage partners across the organization. Strong media acumen and the ability to write a compelling strategy brief and assess work against defined objectives.
