Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to Find Client-Facing Collaborators (No Coding)
We are a remote software team. We need a recruiter or talent sourcer who can find client-facing Collaborators for us. They do not write code. Their focus is daily client calls and clear communication. Role you will recruit for The Collaborator will: Join the client’s daily standup call (video or audio). Represent our dev team in a professional way. Share updates from developers in simple, clear English. Take notes, track action items, and send them back to our team. Keep communication smooth between client and developers. Candidate requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Confident on video calls and talking with clients. Very reliable and on time. Comfortable working remotely and across time zones. Able to attend standup calls every working day. Nice to have: Experience with software or IT projects. Background in project coordination, account management, or client success. Familiar with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Jira, etc. Your responsibilities (as recruiter) Source candidates who match this profile (Upwork, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Do a light screening for English, reliability, and professionalism. Send us a shortlist with: Links to profiles or CVs. Your quick notes on strengths and risks. Their availability and expected rate.
