Recruiter Remote Contract Position

Manpower in partnership with Ball Corporation is looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter for remote 3-4 month contract posiition. Schedule - Business hours Pay: $30-$35/hour based on experience Contract - 3 - 4 months TA Partner / Recruiter Essential Responsible Areas : Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract a large pool of candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for multiple positions. Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for high-volume hiring needs. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates. Manages the candidate experience to ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the hiring process. Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company. Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies. Provides proactive communication, and rapid response to key stakeholders to demonstrate credibility, build influence and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent in a timely way. Leverages tools and technologies that drive efficiency in the hiring process. Identifies and acts upon opportunities for driving continuous improvement throughout the hiring process. Follows established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies (ATS, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance. What we are looking for: 3 + years of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment. (High Volume Recruitment) Prior talent acquisition experience in a relationship-based customer service-oriented environment. Prior experience in managing multiple hiring manager relationships. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, various recruiting software systems and Microsoft Office suite of apps. Apply tot his job
