Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Female)
Triangle City Real Estate is expanding! Our new branch in International City needs a friendly, organised front-desk professional who can keep the office running smoothly while offering a warm welcome to every visitor and caller.What you’ll doBe the first point of contact: greet walk-in clients and answer multi-line phone / WhatsApp queries, directing them to the right broker or department.Manage basic accounts: record petty-cash transactions, reconcile the cash float, prepare and track supplier & utility invoices, and issue simple receipts in QuickBooks.Keep the office humming: monitor stock of stationery and pantry items, raise purchase requests, book meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and coordinate couriers for documents and cheques.Provide admin support: scan, copy, and file paperwork; maintain digital records; compile weekly expense reports for finance.What we’re looking for1–2 years’ UAE experience as a receptionist, admin assistant, or similar office role.Diploma or bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.Confident using QuickBooks (or another accounting package), Salesforce (or any CRM), and the MS Office suite.Fluent spoken and written English, polished telephone etiquette, strong attention to detail, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.Available to work Monday–Saturday on-site in International City.What we offerSalary AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month, based on experience.UAE employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and performance bonus.Supportive, multicultural team and a modern office close to public transport and parking.Ready to join us?Short-listed candidates will be contacted within five working days for an in-person interview.Please note: this front-desk role is open to female applicants only.
