Job Summary As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple external customer-driven projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the Business Analyst (BA) and Pre-Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing multiple projects at any one time, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget Creating governance, policies, and procedures for project management Leading and driving change through project delivery Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions Retaining ownership of risks and issues and managing project review meetings with each customer Implementing change control whenever appropriate Key Responsibilities Project Management As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and managing project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules Coordinating and leading cross-functional project teams Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and best practices Client Facing As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Communicating project plans, progress, and results to clients Ensuring client satisfaction with project delivery Governance, Policies, and Procedures As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating governance, policies, and procedures for project management. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices Creating and maintaining project management documentation Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software delivery or implementation environment Excellent client-facing skills and experience Experience in creating governance, policies, and procedures Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince II, PMP, Agile, and Waterfall Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications We would also like to see: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of E-Services, Digital, or Print Certifications in project management such as Prince II or PMP Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits Our client is committed to investing in the growth and development of their staff.
