Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Salesforce consulting business. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of client projects within your portfolio. You will manage and coordinate cross-functional resources, play a key role in managing client relationships, and ensure project progress and delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Direct accountability for the overall success of client projects within your portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Management: Manage and coordinate cross-functional resources, including 3rd party vendors, to deliver against the Statement of Work (SOW). Client Relationship Management: Play a key role in managing client relationships, working closely with clients on a regular basis to ensure project progress and maintain constant open communication. Project Planning and Analysis: Review and analyze project scope, manage client expectations, and prepare project schedules and client-facing/internal status reports. Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks/issues and escalate to the necessary and appropriate team members and stakeholders. Resource Utilization: Track and review individual and project team utilization, revising forecasted hours throughout the duration of the project. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to ensure project success. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT project management, preferably in a software professional services or consulting firm. Scrum Framework: Experience with the Scrum framework for managing projects. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and bring teams together. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and capacity planning. Stakeholder Management: Experience with stakeholder management, including client management and vendor coordination. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Experience: Experience working with Salesforce or similar technologies. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Certifications: Relevant project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2. What We Offer We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
