Job Summary We're looking for a competent Project Coordinator to manage our architectural visualization projects on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management, and international client communication. The role involves working closely with clients in the North American region, evaluating project deliverables, and ensuring high-quality final image compositing for architectural renderings. Key Responsibilities Client Communication : Communicate effectively with clients (architects, builders, and interior designers) and our production team (3D artists and architectural draftsmen) throughout the production process. Project Evaluation : Evaluate, study, and understand drawings, scope of work, and project deliverables (3D photo-realistic renders, VR tours/images, videos, and CAD drawings). Artistic Direction : Utilize artistic understanding to push projects in a visually compelling direction. Post-Production : Address any post-production and final touch-ups required before delivering renderings to clients. Feedback Compilation : Compile feedback from clients to create instruction packages for our team. Other Related Work : Perform other related tasks as instructed from time to time. Qualifications and Skills Required Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture : A degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is required. Prior Experience : Prior experience working in an MNC or communicating with international clients is preferred. Architectural Visualization Process : Knowledge and understanding of the architectural visualization process. Design Communication : Understanding of architectural and design drawings, as well as design communication and industry language. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Visual Aptitude : Excellent visual aptitude and ability to communicate using visual tools. Software Skills Post-Production Software : Proficiency in online post-production software. Acrobat/PDF Editor : Familiarity with Acrobat/PDF editor. Microsoft Office : Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills Video Production : Experience with video production. 3D Modeling/Rending : Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering. CAD Coordination : Experience with CAD coordination. Compositing : Familiarity with compositing techniques. Real-Time Rendering : Knowledge of real-time rendering.
