Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Studio Research and Analysis team. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the arenaflex+ Product teams, analyzing and integrating data to provide insights that inform key business decisions. Your primary areas of responsibility will focus on arenaflex+ Product and Consumer Experience tracking programs. Key Responsibilities Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis activities, including data collection and preparation, as well as extraction and analysis of data from various sources to build reports, tables, and dashboards Join different datasets using SQL to aid in the daily operations of the arenaflex+ customer experience tracking project Collaborate with various teams to conduct research at arenaflex, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to efficiently prioritize, develop, and refine our datasets Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and from other divisions of the organization, as well as external vendors Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of arenaflex+ and the arenaflex Streaming Pack Manage assigned projects, implement quality assurance processes, and report tasks and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timelines Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is strategically relevant and drives key direction Collaborate with the team and analysis groups within Snowflake and Databricks Maintain excellent verbal and written knowledge of data elements and requirements Respond to basic data requests from internal clients Support the presentation of findings based on analysis conducted and contribute to related business discussions Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends in a continually evolving landscape Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, and 3 years of relevant work experience OR a Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, and 1 year of relevant work experience Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and consolidate unique data sources Ability to extract data and integrate with other data sources to foster a rich, complete picture for the business Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines and constant change Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight) Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages Postgraduate degree in Market Research or Statistics Quantitative analysis background, either supplier-side or client-side Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights Experience with subscription-based business models and strategy Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
