About the Role The Trainer will develop, document, implement, and maintain comprehensive training and quality assurance plans for all operational units. Responsibilities • Delivering remote and in-person trainings with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. • Developing and maintaining training material and processing guides for staff and serve as Subject Matter Expert across all functional areas. • Maintaining and updating manuals and training materials with system enhancements as they occur. • Monitoring, recording and reporting training functions, including the tracking and reporting of training class information. • Using Learning Management System to help ensure course content, testing, evaluations, and styles of training conform to accepted standards. • Maintaining Policy Procedure Guides and Manuals and evaluation of their effectiveness as demonstrated through staff performance. Requirements • Have a Bachelor’s degree. • Display minimum of 2 years of experience working in both Remote and In-Person training environments. • Have training experience in a transaction processing or call center environment. • Show experience with design, development and delivery of remote and in-person training programs including training needs analysis, training evaluation and instructor evaluation. • Able to develop and implement training plans for on-going operations. • Possess experience with learning management system software applications and/or on-line training programs. • Display communications skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a swiftly changing environment. • Able to commit to a project-based position in its entirey.
