Program Manager I - Greater Guyana Initiative (GGI) Digital Health Training Institute (DHTI)

The Program Manager will provide foundational coordination and support for the Greater Guyana Initiative Digital Health Training Institute, focusing on operational and programmatic activities essential for its success. Responsibilities Provides coordination for administrative and operational aspects of the GGI/DHTI initiative, and related Guyana-centric activities Supports the development of the GGI/DHTI educational initiatives by assisting with planning, curriculum design, education program delivery, operations, and logistics Contributes to development and delivery of program materials and communications, including documentation that facilitates internal coordination, addresses stakeholder requests, and aligns with strategic and program goals Works collaboratively with GGI/DHTI the in-country leadership and operations team, members of the Guyana Ministry of Health, and the GHI team, supporting operations coordination, as well as instructor contracts and relationships Participates in GHI planning, design, development, and implementation activities in order to produce detailed documentation and to collaborate on the design of systems, workflows, and program deliverables Assists with solution development by coordinating project tasks and participating in iterative design and delivery processes to ensure solutions align with user and stakeholder needs Performs other related duties Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, digital/online education, health informatics, social sciences, or a related field Interdisciplinary experience in technology education is desirable Experience of formal project management methodologies Experience with research coordination Experience in a higher education or healthcare environment Knowledge of IRB and grant proposals At least 1 year of professional experience in one or more fields: public health, global health, educational technologies, digital/online education, technology education, social science, or a related interdisciplinary field Experience using and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and remote student education Familiarity with curriculum development and/or faculty/educator management is desired, though not required Company Overview At Mount Sinai Morningside, we offer exceptional clinical care and research within the comfort of a neighborhood hospital known for compassion and sensitivity.
