About the position Responsibilities • Lead Strategic Programs: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives—from concept and discovery through implementation and post-launch optimization. • Drive AI Innovation: Oversee projects leveraging AI to improve facilities and operational technology. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Facilities, and Security teams (including badging and access control) to ensure seamless execution. • Executive Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to sr leadership and C-suite stakeholders; deliver polished presentations and secure buy-in. • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze operational data, prepare insightful reports, and support strategic planning. • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and their applications in healthcare operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree and 5-years of full lifecycle program management experience. • Proven ability to engage stakeholders across Facilities, OT, and IT. • Executive presence and confidence in high-level interactions. • Expertise in PowerPoint (executive-level decks) and Excel (data analysis and reporting). • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. • Familiarity with hardware/software implementations and technology rollouts. • Experience managing hardware upgrades and complex, high-intensity projects. • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives (workload shared across 3 PMs post-hire). • Interest in AI applications (no coding required).
