AI Trainer- Biology, Engineering, Statistics, Astronomy, Chemistry, and Physics SMEs
Job Overview We are seeking highly knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Biology, Engineering, Statistics, Astronomy, Chemistry, and Physics to serve as AI Trainers. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and refine AI models that support advanced scientific and engineering applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in their respective fields and demonstrate proficiency in various technical tools and systems. Responsibilities • Collaborate with AI development teams to train and validate models using domain-specific data in biology, engineering, statistics, astronomy, chemistry, and physics. • Develop comprehensive training datasets that accurately reflect real-world scenarios within each scientific discipline. • Utilize technical skills such as Python, MATLAB, C++, and other programming languages to fine-tune AI algorithms. • Apply engineering principles including project scheduling, system design, CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks), and schematic creation to support model development. • Conduct root cause analysis and debugging to troubleshoot issues within AI systems or related hardware/software components. • Assist in product development processes by integrating scientific knowledge with manufacturing and fabrication best practices. • Support system integration efforts involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), lean manufacturing methodologies, and maintenance protocols. • Ensure the accuracy of models through validation techniques such as GD&T, schematics review, and mechanical or civil engineering standards. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance and recommending enhancements based on scientific insights. Qualifications • Advanced degree or extensive experience in Biology, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical), Physics, Chemistry, or Statistics. • Proven expertise in relevant technical skills including Python, MATLAB, C++, C++, Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks. • Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies and systems engineering principles. • Experience with CAD design tools and schematic documentation for product development or system design projects. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as fabrication and maintenance procedures. • Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like root cause analysis, debugging techniques, lean manufacturing practices. • Ability to perform detailed mechanical knowledge assessments including GD&T standards and schematics review. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving within complex technical environments. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and convey technical concepts clearly.
