The Role: Principal Product Manager - Roundel Omnichannel Portfolio Strategy As the Principal Product Manager of Roundel Omnichannel Portfolio Strategy, you'll be an integral part of defining the product future while leading the present. You'll identify, develop, and manage critical core capabilities within the Roundel ad product portfolio, working closely with enterprise teams to drive successful omnichannel initiatives. Your mission is to create a vision and influence business strategy, setting the strategic direction of our ad technology and product development across our commercial product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel strategies, inclusive of building a Business Capabilities Architecture across Digital (Web & App) / In-Store Channels, Social, Search, Open Web, CTV, and key Enterprise teams. Oversee the integration and optimization of holistic Interactive Display, Targeted & Relevant Ads, and Guest Mobile interactions. Manage and optimize the commercial portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands. Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio, driving innovation and corresponding measurement to enhance product offerings. Ensure Guest identity/audience addressability are effectively managed and leveraged across channels, while also synthesizing state-by-state and federal privacy regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices. Collaborate with Enterprise teams (i.e., Marketing, Sales, Tech, Operations, Creative, etc.) to influence and drive successful Omnichannel initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify trends. Develop and present detailed reports on holistic product performance, market opportunities, and strategic initiatives to Stakeholders and Sr. Leaders. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Four-year degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent Domain experience, with a focus on Digital Advertising and/or Omnichannel strategies. Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise Product initiatives. Experience managing commercial portfolios and driving revenue growth. Excellent understanding of digital media and/or retail in-store advertising & measurement, audience targeting, and identity management. Knowledge of privacy regulations and their implications for digital advertising. Experience with Digital Tech and ability to facilitate communication between enterprise business and technology teams. Familiarity with the latest AdTech tools & Platforms. Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders, and leaders. Ability to plan and set a strategy, define Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), communicate and drive business outcomes. Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes. Knowledge of data analytics and measurement tools. Experience with cloud-based technologies and architecture.
