Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful product solutions. 2+ years of previous leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in a field related to the role, such as business, engineering, or computer science. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in simple terms to various audiences. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Miro). Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create artifacts that are exemplary models for others to follow.
