Your mission will be to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the right insurance solutions for their appliances. Key Responsibilities: Driving Sales and Customer Satisfaction Make outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers to upsell insurance products, tailoring your approach to their individual needs. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to their concerns, empathizing with their situations, and presenting them with relevant insurance solutions. Build strong rapport with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences to offer personalized insurance recommendations. Work autonomously in a home-based setting, managing your tasks efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets. Demonstrate a resilient and adaptable attitude, handling rejections and challenges with a positive and proactive mindset. Essential Qualifications and Skills: The Profile We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have: A minimum of 12 months of consecutive sales experience in a non-retail environment, preferably in telesales or a similar field. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing your driven mindset and sales acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Experience working independently or in a home-based role, with the discipline to manage your time and tasks effectively.
