Key Responsibilities: Shaping the Customer Experience Learn the intricacies of blithequark's software product and provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the founding team to develop and maintain comprehensive help center documentation, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information. Test the product, identify issues, and report them to the development team, providing valuable feedback that informs product improvements and enhancements. Essential Qualifications: The Skills We Need To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluent, native-like English : As our primary point of contact with customers, you must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both in writing and in documentation. Familiarity with software products, web hosting, and online course platforms : A background in these areas will help you understand our product and provide context for customer inquiries. Basic understanding of DNS : Knowledge of DNS concepts, including CNAME and CAA records, is a significant plus, as it will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to domain configuration. Preferred Qualifications: The Experience That Sets You Apart While not essential, experience in the following areas will make your application stand out: Customer support experience in a software or online education context. Familiarity with online course creation, hosting, and sales. Technical knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and related technologies. Flexible schedule : Work 8 hours a day, at times that suit you, with some flexibility to accommodate personal needs. Generous leave policy : Take up to 20 days of leave per year, with some fixed periods of availability during peak periods.
