A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your unique set of troubleshooting skills will enable you to own all customer interactions, with a goal of one-call resolution. You will end your day satisfied, knowing you assisted a customer in the same manner you would like to be assisted.
