Payroll and Benefits Associate
Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is one of Canada’s top performing asset managers, seeking a Payroll and Benefits Associate to join their Payroll Department. The role involves supporting payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Respond to general payroll and benefits inquiries from employees Assist with payroll adjustments and updates in the payroll system Maintain and update employee benefit information on the benefits platform Support new hire onboarding for payroll and benefits forms Assist with enrollment and changes in benefit plans (health, dental, life insurance, etc.) Help reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accurate data flow between payroll and benefits Assist with basic reporting Provide backup support for payroll processing and year-end filings Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to learn payroll/benefits systems 1-2 years of previous experience in payroll or benefits administration Experience with any payroll system would be an asset PCP certification or currently pursuing PCP designation is an asset Quick adaptor to change, including maintenance of social media platforms Benefits Annual performance bonus Company Overview At Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, we understand the value of opportunity for both our clients and our team.
