Corporate Development Analyst
Microsoft’s Corporate Development group is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to participate in acquisitions, divestitures, and investments across its business groups. The role involves valuation analysis, deal structuring, and coordination of due diligence, while also providing opportunities for career development within the team. Responsibilities Lead valuation analysis and actively participate in deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and review of term sheets and definitive agreements Play a vital role in upfront idea generation, strategic evaluation and business planning, coordination of financial, tax and legal due diligence, and post-close integration planning Interface with the investment banking, venture capital and startup communities Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 1+ year(s) experience in project management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, finance and analysis, and/or strategic or relationship management role OR equivalent experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 2+ years experience in project management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, finance and analysis, and/or strategic or relationship management role OR Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business OR equivalent experience Direct venture, private equity, investment banking, or strategic corporate investment experience or related technology investment experience Company Overview Microsoft is a software corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells a range of software products and services.
