Key Responsibilities As a Patient Advocate and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Accurate and timely data entry and management of patient orders, ensuring a high level of quality throughput in a fast-paced environment. Translation of critical healthcare information and test orders from test request forms into our database, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. Review of received orders for required elements, effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve any missing or incomplete information. Compliance with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information. Contribution to the high-throughput workflow and CLIA lab, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives. Maintenance of a sedentary work environment, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds, and the ability to perform stationary positioning, moving, communicating, and observing tasks. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and language arts. Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving and research abilities. Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
