Job Overview As a Part-Time Outlet Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for providing SMART customer service, seeking out customers to understand their needs, and assisting them in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers, respond promptly to their questions, and demonstrate sincere appreciation for their business. Key Responsibilities Provides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of blithequark's Outlet operations Seeks out customers to understand their needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise Communicates effectively with customers, responds promptly to their questions, and demonstrates sincere appreciation for their business Writes customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental, generates leads for Project Specialist Exterior (PSE) programs, and cross-functionally trains in other areas of the Outlet Uses store systems to prioritize loads, print pricing labels, and look up items or item numbers for price and inventory information Down stocks merchandise, prepares merchandise in department of responsibility, and maintains a safe and secure work environment Operates store equipment as needed, depending on specific role and department, and adheres to all safety requirements relevant to regular job duties Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store. Additionally, you should be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
