About ENGR 297: Career Development and Employer Engagement ENGR 297 is a non-required undergraduate course that focuses on providing participants with training and best practices in employer engagement at recruiting events and personal career planning and decision-making. As a Teaching Assistant for this course, you will play a vital role in mentoring and guiding students as they navigate their career paths. Key Responsibilities Office Hours and Mentorship: Hold regular office hours to share course information and provide one-on-one mentorship to students seeking career assistance. Grading and Feedback: Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding of the course material.
