We specialize exclusively in women’s mental health and operate from a feminist, relational, and systems-aware lens that acknowledges the impact of gender-based socialization, oppression, trauma, and burnout on mental health. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding access to thoughtful, high-quality psychological assessment services for adult women, particularly those seeking clarity around ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and differential diagnosis after years of being overlooked or misdiagnosed. About the Role We are seeking a fully licensed Psychologist in Colorado to join our team in a part-time W-2 role that has potential to grow into a full-time role. This role offers flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule, enabling you to support women’s mental health needs through evidence-based practices from your home office. The ideal candidate will reside and be licensed in Colorado, but we will consider candidates residing in TX, GA, IL, MO, or NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assessment and psychological evaluation, clinical counseling, crisis intervention, and various therapeutic modalities, with experience working with diverse populations including adolescents and adults. This position emphasizes confidentiality, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and excellence in patient care. This role will hold a small psychotherapy caseload, but the primary focus will be on psychological assessment, including adult ADHD, ASD, neuropsychological, learning, and disability evaluations conducted via telehealth. This role is ideal for a psychologist who values depth, clinical nuance, ethical diagnostic work, and feminist-informed care, and who wants to focus their energy on meaningful clinical work within a supportive practice—without the responsibilities of building, marketing, or managing their own private practice or navigating exploitative, high-volume telehealth corporations. Key ResponsibilitiesPsychological Assessment • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms • Specialize in adult ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), neuropsychological, and learning/disability evaluations • Complete differential diagnoses using a trauma-informed, gender-aware, and culturally responsive lens • Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological measures • Write clear, thorough, and clinically meaningful assessment reports • Provide diagnostic feedback sessions and individualized recommendations • Collaborate with referring therapists within the practice as appropriate Clinical Work (Optional / Limited) • Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth • Conduct intake assessments, diagnosis and treatment planning • Maintain timely, ethical, and compliant clinical documentation • Participate in consultation and team collaboration Qualifications • Active, unrestricted Psychologist license in the State of Colorado (required). • Holding a license in additional states is a bonus, but not required • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program • Demonstrated training and experience in psychological assessment • Experience conducting adult ADHD and ASD evaluations (required) • Strong differential diagnostic skills • Excellent report-writing abilities • Proficiency in telehealth service delivery • Commitment to feminist, trauma-informed, and client-centered care • Experience working with adult women and/or neurodivergent clients strongly preferred • Fluency in English is required; Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required Work Structure & Expectations • Part-time W-2 position • Fully remote telehealth role (private home office required) • Flexible scheduling with collaboratively determined workload • Supportive, values-aligned team culture emphasizing sustainability and ethical care Compensation & Benefits • $60 per clinical hour • Eligibility for an increase to $65 per clinical hour after 6 months, based on consistency, documentation quality, and alignment with practice values • $22 per hour for administrative time (approved non-billable work only) • W-2 employment (taxes withheld; worker protections in place) • Paid sick leave (accrued based on hours worked) • 401k retirement plan with 3.5% match after 3 months of employment • Annual wellness & CEU stipend • Administrative and operational support • Ongoing consultation and collaboration within a feminist, women-centered team How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] describing your assessment experience, areas of specialization, and interest in working within a feminist, women-centered practice.
