Key Responsibilities Utilize blithequark's pharmacy data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollments, entering information into our system, and handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines. Investigate and resolve missing medication information, interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions. Handle communication with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. Resolve Third-Party Rejections by investigating, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Provide support to pharmacists, both in the office and at different locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. Acquire and maintain an active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days of employment. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing documents, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online. Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Proficiency in Spanish and English.
