Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Provide detailed information about our clients' products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to potential customers. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless handover to our clients' sales teams. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our clients improve their sales strategies. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
