Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Administrative and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is uniquely positioned to make a significant impact on both our administrative operations and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a blend of administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, with a strong focus on maintaining exceptional communication with our customers and seamless coordination with our Amish team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with a schedule of 4 hours per day and on-call availability for an additional 6 hours per day, making it an ideal fit for individuals looking for flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks across two main areas: Administration & Data Entry, and Customer Service. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administration & Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analyses to inform our farming practices. Handle new applications and submit necessary forms in a thorough and efficient manner. Maintain up-to-date calendars and schedule appointments to ensure smooth operations. Assist with human resources tasks, including updates to our handbook and management of related paperwork. Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. Manage customer emails, calls, and texts, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries. Customer Service: Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a friendly, helpful, and patient manner, providing excellent customer service at all times. Coordinate closely with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares, keeping customers informed and satisfied. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in administration and customer service. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional demeanor. Experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Proficiency in Google Drive and other office applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software as needed.
