Job Overview: Part-Time Remote Admin and Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Administrative and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks, including: Performing data entry for dairy cow sheets and conducting weekly analysis to ensure accurate record-keeping and informed decision-making. Handling applications and submitting necessary forms to maintain compliance and efficiency. Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments to ensure timely communication and coordination with our team and customers. Assisting with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to support our team's growth and development. Organizing and managing our Google Drive to ensure easy access to important documents and information. Managing customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional customer service and support. Answering calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner to address customer concerns and questions. Coordinating with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. Scheduling deliveries and managing customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to ensure timely and efficient service. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional customer service and support. Experience in administration and customer service, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. Proficiency in Google Drive and other office applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
