Key Responsibilities Promote sales by preparing and introducing Kroger shoppers to food and beverage products through in-store sampling. Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment as required for product demonstrations. Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift, ensuring accurate reporting and feedback. Collaborate with store management and teammates to achieve sales goals and enhance the shopping experience. Travel to multiple Kroger stores each week, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis. Availability to work 2-3 days a week, including 1 weekend day. Comfortable standing for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store. Basic smartphone or tablet skills to record work after each shift. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel to multiple Kroger stores each week. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
