Key Responsibilities Ensure the current day's revenue balances are reconciled, payments to the guest ledger are processed, and accounts receivables are balanced, verifying the summary of daily transactions are readied for the next day's business. Prepare daily management reports, complete system back-ups, and update the Front Office system according to established guidelines and procedures. Reconcile miscellaneous revenue sources to the PMS system and record and adjust entries as needed. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and safety during overnight shifts. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications: Ability to work overnight shifts, remaining alert and focused throughout. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and sit throughout the shift, with the ability to lift 50lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Front Office or Accounting experience. University/college degree.
