The Role: Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Book appointments with high data accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adhering to our quality standards. Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution. Adapt to changing guidelines, procedures, and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. Provide customers with clear explanations of procedures, answering questions, and offering relevant information. Uphold quality results by adhering to our standards, guidelines, and best practices. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred). Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (preferred). A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards. Ability to pass a background check. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach, with a focus on resolving issues and meeting customer needs. Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic computer skills, with proficiency in keyboarding and software applications.
