Your key responsibilities will include: Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, or through a hybrid delivery model using the Mathnasium Method ® , terminology, and teaching practices Working collaboratively with other team members to provide individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring a cohesive learning experience Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, adapting your teaching strategies as needed Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential Qualifications and Skills We're looking for individuals who are not only passionate about math but also dedicated to making a difference in the lives of their students. To be considered for this role, you'll need: A strong passion for math and a desire to share this with students Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner An eagerness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method ® Exceptional math competency, with a minimum proficiency through Algebra I The ability to multitask and manage various ongoing tasks effectively All applicants will be required to: Take a math literacy test to demonstrate their math proficiency Provide work authorization Pass a background check What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, with an hourly rate ranging from $18.25 to $21.
