Working 15-20 hours per week, between Monday and Friday from 8AM to 5PM, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high accuracy rates and attention to detail. Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system. Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally, and exemplifying the culture and values of blithequark. Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the efficient operation of our Customs Brokerage team. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or a related discipline. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rates, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
