Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner. Provide detailed information about pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. Offer solutions and alternatives to help members navigate their healthcare options. Demonstrate empathy and patience when interacting with members, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Maintain accurate records and update member information as needed. Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards to ensure the confidentiality and security of member data. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or customer service setting.
