About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the content strategy for Home across all divisions, leveraging trends and customer insights to craft a compelling narrative and create a seamless customer experience. This will involve managing the publication schedule, trend forecasting, photography curation, and creative direction. The ideal candidate will be a natural storyteller with a passion for recounting stories that bring products to life, helping customers rethink stock beyond a single item page. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative content strategies that drive business goals and customer engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Design, Marketing, and Merchandising, to create cohesive and compelling shopping experiences Analyze data and customer insights to inform content decisions and optimize publication performance Manage a team of publication partners and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success Drive influence through coordinated messaging and visual storytelling across multiple marketing touchpoints Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and shopping habits to inform content strategy Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A four-year degree in Business, Marketing, UI/UX, or a related field, or equivalent experience A minimum of 4 years of experience in E-commerce Marketing, UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Business Management, or a related field 2 years of managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams Strong client focus, with a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: A graduate degree in Marketing, Visual Design, Business Management, or a related field Additional experience in E-commerce Marketing, UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Business Management, or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities A portfolio of content and publication pages that demonstrate your expertise and creativity What We Offer Walmart is committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package to its employees.
