About the Role As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions Provide accurate and timely information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with the right people at the right time Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services in the automotive industry, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and generate revenue from their website traffic Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to help our dealer clients improve their online presence and customer engagement strategies Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not necessarily required. You will need to be able to type at least 35 words per minute, with a preference for 40 words per minute or above. You will also need to have basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change in a quick-paced work environment.
